Today I accept all that I am in God.![]()
I accept the love that God has for me.![]()
I accept love for myself.![]()
I accept the love of others.![]()
As I allow God to be with me,![]()
I welcome every part of who I am.![]()
The strong parts and the tender places alike.![]()
I gently comfort the places within me that are hurting,![]()
and I allow God to comfort what I cannot.![]()
Today I accept my whole self![]()
and give thanks for all that I am.
Prayer for Times of Hurt![]()

When the hurt feels too heavy to bear,![]()
I turn to God and ask for comfort.![]()
In the quiet of my heart,![]()
I allow divine love to hold me![]()
and gently restore my spirit.![]()
I trust that I am surrounded![]()
with all that I need![]()
to be guided back to God’s love.![]()
I remember that I am both human and divine.![]()
In my humanity, I feel deeply.![]()
In my divinity, I am sustained by grace.![]()
I practice and affirm the strength![]()
of God’s presence in my times of need.![]()
On the days when my heart aches,![]()
I open the door within![]()
and invite God in.
As I strengthen my faith and trust in God,![]()
I remember that nothing is impossible.![]()
I turn within and ask Spirit to show me the way.![]()
My work is simply to be aware,![]()
to listen with a quiet and willing heart.![]()
By the grace of God, I know when to pause,![]()
when to turn inward,![]()
and when to speak words of calm and peace.![]()
God comforts my spirit,![]()
settles my mind,![]()
and clears my soul.![]()
God is always present with me.![]()
In this awareness, I live in harmony![]()
and see clearly the path before me.
There is an inner guidance directing my thoughts![]()
and illuminating my path.![]()
God, help me to know You more,![]()
to hear Your voice speaking within my heart,![]()
guiding me to be an expression of Your Love.![]()
I embrace every part of who I am.![]()
I am filled with God’s loving presence.![]()
God’s love radiates in and through me now.![]()
As I accept this love expressing as me,![]()
I am at peace.![]()
I love myself,![]()
and I love the world in which I live.![]()
